The cabin of a private jet

The Experience

Arranged Before You Ask

Privacy, time, and the absence of friction. Everything else is detail we handle, so the flight is the only part you notice.

The journey

Four moments, each one shortened.

The value of flying privately is not the seat. It is the two hours at either end that simply do not happen.

  1. 01

    Before you leave

Catering to your brief, cabin temperature set, connectivity tested, transfer confirmed with the driver by name. Passport details are submitted in advance so nothing waits on you.

  2. 02

    At the terminal

A private terminal, not a concourse. Car to aircraft is usually under ten minutes. Security is conducted discreetly and without queues.

  3. 03

    In the cabin

The cabin is yours. The conversation stays in it, the crew are briefed on how present you want them, and the work you do in the air does not travel further.

  4. 04

    On arrival

Customs handled at the aircraft where the jurisdiction allows. Baggage transferred directly to the car. In most cases you are moving within fifteen minutes of the wheels touching.

The detail

The things people ask for second.

Almost everyone asks about the aircraft first. These are the questions that follow, answered here so you do not have to ask them.

  • Catering

From a specific restaurant, to a dietary requirement, to nothing at all. Tell us once and it is on file for every subsequent flight.

  • Pets

Most operators accept animals in the cabin. Pet passports, destination quarantine rules and the operator policy are all checked before we quote, not after.

  • Cabin crew

Standard on heavy and ultra-long-range aircraft, and available by request on most super-midsize types. Named crew can often be requested once you have flown together.

  • Connectivity

Satellite internet is standard on ultra-long-range aircraft and optional on most heavy jets. On lighter types it is frequently absent altogether, and over some oceans it drops regardless of the aircraft. If a call has to happen at 41,000 feet, tell us and it becomes a factor in which airframe we offer.

Your preferences

Told once, remembered.

Coffee, cabin temperature, the side of the aircraft you prefer, the driver you like. Small things, recorded, so the second flight is easier than the first.
